The use of oxygen during long-term therapy of patients with respiratory failure due to COVID-19, COPD, interstitial lung diseases, etc. requires adherence to the regimen and dosage.

 

The complexity, and in some cases the impossibility of timely monitoring and correction of oxygen flow parameters based on changes in the patient’s condition, not only negatively affects the results and safety of therapy, but can cause excessive oxygen consumption, which is most critical due to the ongoing spread of coronavirus in the world and, as consequence, increased oxygen consumption.

"Oxy Box" is connected to a pulse oximeter and an oxygen supply.

 

Based on the author's patented methodology, it automatically adjusts the oxygen supply to the patient based on pulse oximeter data, thereby increasing the effectiveness of treatment and the safety of oxygen therapy.
